Need Help connecting Nexus 9K to 2K.

Hello

I have one Nexus 2232 that is connected to two Nexus 9396.  I have named the Nexus 2232 "FEX 101".  I cannot get FEX 101 to  show online on both 9396's at the same time.  The B side shows online while the A side shows FEX 101 as offline.  Is my configuration missing something?  Can I have the same fex number and port channel on different 9K connecting  to the same 2K? Can you post the running configuration of the interfaces from both N9K you listed above? Are all the links up/up on the N9K?

Could this be a limitation of the Nexus 9000?  Has anyone been successful in creating a VPC on a fabric interface using a Nexus 9000/2000 solution?  All of the Cisco documentation that I've read says it can be done but the examples given show a Nexus 5000 as the spine and a Nexus 2000 as the leaf.

This is the error message that I get when I try to move the fabric interfaces in to a vpc and vice versa:  

9396-A(config-if-range)# int po101

9396-A(config-if)# vpc 101

ERROR: Operation failed: [FEX interface is not capable of acting as vPC]

9396-A(config-if)# int po101

9396-A(config-if)# vpc 101

9396-A(config-if)# switchport mode fex-fabric

Error: Fabric mode not supported on VPC

I may be wrong here as I don't have any direct experience with Nexus but I found this thread which as far as I understand it is what you are trying to do and it looks like it isn't supported -

Thank you Jon.  Its seems that Enhanced VPC is not supported on the 9K platform at this time.
