Hi,

As I remember that VLAN State and IP address configuration is coming under the "Configuration Parameters That Must Be Identical". Can you check VLAN 10 IP address configuration on both VPC member?

I am confused, If I am wrong, please reply.

The solution to your question is in the picture you attached:

2 physical links into your router, one to each nexus.

no port channel.

HSRP between the two nexus switches

Hi,

The picture is not showing you should use vPC, it just shows that you need to use layer-3 links between the router and the switches with no Portchannel or vPC.
