Hello Carlos,
netflow is not supported on C3560.
in 12.2(58)SE most netflow commands are listed
n unsupported commands section

It is compatible, but you need to upgrade your IOS to version 15 onwards, and you should have software license for IPBase or IP Services features.
And after that you should buy an extra module called Services Module, which gives you Flexibe Netflow out of band.

Dear'm from Argentina, I am needing to install a version of NetFlow to monitor traffic on my network, but I have to switch hardware are WS-C3560-48PS 12.2 (55) SE1 - WS-C2960S-24PS-L 12.2 (55) SE3 - C2950-I6K2L2Q4-M), Version 12.1 (22) EA1, nor can you update the IOS to monitor them and the other query is whether I also need to purchase any other module.

I can configure it but it doesn't export anything

The 3560G does not support netflow even though the commands may be there. Cisco is notorious for leaving commands that arent supported in the different levels of code .

The netflow module is only available in the 3750x's. You're out of luck.
