You did provide much of explanation but that is maybe because you don't have a username and password set up.

I can actually get into all Switches but this one. It's something pertaining to this particular switch. It's not a password issue. Any other suggestions?

What is the uptime of the switch ? Sometimes a reload helps with these issues...

Is the switch reachable?

Can you ping the IP?

All,
I found that SSH was not enabled. All's well now.

Thanks for your help!!

greetings,

can tell me how can check if the SSH enable or not

thanks

Use the command show ip ssh.

Example output:

Device# show ip ssh

SSH Enabled - version 1.5
Authentication timeout: 120 secs; Authentication retries: 3

When SSH is disabled you get the following result:

Device# show ip ssh

%SSH has not been enabled

Regards

Wassim

but i'm not able to access CLI how can run this command

The previous post is correct. The show ip SSH command verifies whether SSH is enabled or not

it like this chat just stops and no replies.  lol.

i am having the same issue.  my SSH is showing as disabled.  how do you enable it now?

To enable SSH

- the device needs a name that is not the default name. Configure a name for the device.

- the device needs to have a domain name. Configure a domain name for the device.

- generate an RSA key
