As @Leo Laohoo suggested get a consultant if you are not sure.
or
I have Many questions required to answer here
1. What model of Core Switch? VSS? single Core Switch?
2. how many supervisors in each core?
3. is this Layer 2 or Layer3
4. what IGP process running
In terms of High availability or resilience?
Are you looking at the Core level or distribution level?
Do you have enough ports available in the core or distribution to make it mesh setup?
500M Means you need to go single-mode Fibre ? is this inside your campus?

Hello @leyakhath muhammed ,
>> Q2)How to connect Distribution switches connect to site1 and site2 core switches it possible?
This is possible if appropriate cabling is installed in the campus you will need at least 2+4+4 = 10 pairs of single mode fibers and you need also to provide two additional pairs for redundancy or future growth.
>> Q1)How to connect core switches as HA
You can use fiber based links 2 x 10GE to build a VSS or SVL pair. This will make the core switches to appear as a single device to the outer world.
Hope to help
