As your screenshot shows, there is no conflict with driver.
I think you miss the number dedicated for that COM port. By default Putty use COM1 as id port.
Then check that id port one step further the screenshot:
Open Device Manager.
Click on View in the menu bar and select Show hidden devices.
Locate Ports (COM & LPT) in the list.
Check for the com ports by expanding the same.
After that configure the good id COM port on Putty.
As I concerned, I use Tera Term, and when you select COM Port you have in a predefined list the good COM id port!
