Nexus 2248TP GE Fabric Extender

Hi Alll,

I have a 

• Nexus 2248TP GE Fabric Extender
• Nexus 93180YC-EX Switch

I would like upgratde the software. I found the image for the 9k series, but for the 2k series is not found.

Is this only bug or the parents, the 9k can upgrade the 2k's software?

Hi,

You don't need any software for the 2ks.

Just upgrade the parent switch (9k in this case) and the parent switch will push the same image to all 2ks.

Glad to help.  Just make sure the 9k supports the 2248 as this FEX is a few years old.
