We have a trunk connection with another Cisco WS-C3850-24XS-S and Nexus 31108TCV equipment, where we also have sfp GLC-EX-SMD
The FO physical connection section measures 12 Kms away.

Some tests were performed with OTDR to measure losses in the FO at both ends. I have -18 dbm

According to Cisco I need to reach at least -13dbm for the Nexus 31108TCV

Ok, so do the ports come up on both switches when you connect the fiber?

In theory, yes, but it does not show UP in the interface.

I was looking according to cisco specifications in the TMG, with the components but the only one to find is N3K-C31108PC-V and not N3K-C31108TC-V

I see. Couldn't be 100% sure but I would think it should work on both models since both of these switches are part of the same platform. It is just One is copper and the other one is SFP+. Also, you may want to run it by your SE or your Cisco rep, so they can research it internally.  Cisco's documentation is not always very clear.
