Nexus 5020 Fails to boot

We have a Nexus 5020, but it fails to boot up as per attached scrrenshots, we have tried to use kickstart but the same issue.

Can any one tell me if the images is corruted and how could it could recovered.

Hi Edmond,

Was this working previously? and when did you see the issue first?

I understood that you tried to use the kickstart but experiencing the same issue still. This issue looks like the switch couldnt boot the images properly.

Please try to delete the system and kickstart image and copy it on bootflash once again, then verify the issue, if you experience the same behavior still, i hope you need to replace the switch.
