Nexus 5548, Windows SCCM PXE Boot

Hey Guy,

I'm trying to use Microsoft Configuration Manager to image my machines using PXE boot. My DHCP server is a different Windows 2012 R2 server. 

I'm trying to advertise my SCCM server as a PXE boot point, and all the documentation I could find notes that I'm required to add an ip-helper to the Cisco 5548 switch, however; the 5548 uses a dhcp relay command instead. 

What have other people done in this situation to make this work? My clients are not the same VLAN as my DHCP server or the SCCM server.

Have you tried the below steps : (let us also know what is the nexus os running on 5K)

 Following steps been done to run the PXE boot work :

- enable the feature dhcp

-  configure ip dhcp relay under vrf or SVI from where you want to relay DHCP.

-  ip dhcp relay address "ip address of DHCP server" Ex : 10.10.10.10

 There is command compare IOS and Nexus OS

I already have my DHCP server set up as a DHCP relay device. I don't want to PXE boot from my DHCP server, but rather, I want to boot from my SCCM server, which is a completely different machine.

Its again how you design your networkn and SCCM distribution points and Clients configuration.

you can add SCCM address in the SVI or Physical interface.

ip helper address - DHCP Server
