Need clarification on the VPC with 5k and 2248 Fabric Extenders. My question is can each fabric extender uplink to two different 5ks, and at the same time, have servers connected to two both fabric extenders with a VPC.
So basically, the server NIC will team with two different fabric extenders, and each fabric extender will connect to two different 5k's.

yes, but you need Nexus-OS 5.2 or higher to uplink a server to 2 FEXs.

Correct. I have the exact steup. I am using 2248 not 2232, but it should work the same way.

Yes.
If you are using ESXi with no Vcenter, the portchannel mode needs to be on.
