Nexus 5672-Unable to put ip helper address on SVI

ip helper address or ip dhcp relay is not an option on the vlan SVI. How do I provide DHCP redirect on this Cisco Nexus 5672 with N56-BAS1K9 license?

Did you enable "feature dhcp" first?

No, I did not. I just enabled the feature and ip dhcp relay address x.x.x.x worked like a champ.
