Nexus 9396PX upgrade error (Incompatible Image)

I have a pair of Nexus 9396PX I'm trying to upgrade from 7.0(3)I2(1)  to  7.0(3)I1(3). When I run the upgrade on both Nexus's this is what I get below. I also attached a txt file with the error that's more readable. Is this error normal or is there something wrong?

So incompatible image is normal. In that document it didn't show "incompatible image" as being normal output. I guess I'll give it a try.

I proceeded with the upgraded and the switch didn't like it. The switch kept on rebooting. I had to do a ctrl break sequence at boot up and manually boot up to the old nx-os. I read the doc and didn't see anything about incompatible image. Please help!!
