Hi, I am working for a large campus network. The network has more than 10 VLANS in a Layer 3 Switch(Catalyst 3750). Customer wants to stop intervlan routing between all vlans . How will i do that?

Your large campus network only has these 10 VLANs on just a single 3750 and nothing else using routing on that single 3750?  If so, as the other posters have described, disabling routing should do the trick.  Likewise, if you have no need to route to/from these VLANs, insure there's no gateway (e.g. SVI) on the VLANs.  The latter can still use routing on the 3750 for other purposes, such as management of the 3750.

Also, you have options how those VLANs can selectively route using ACLs and/or VRFs.
