You cannot do it on the switch. You need to do it on the DHCP server.

What is the error you are receiving? I assume this device has the dhcp pools, right?

the dhcp pool given by DHCP server

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification, you cannot make the exclude process on the switch as it was mentioned previously, if you are using a windows dhcp server the excluding must be applied on it.
