We are trying to bring up ethernet STM-16 link between CiscoSW 4500 & Huwaei router (NE-80). ISP has checked the transmission side end to end and the result shows ok...but when we extend to our device we are not ping each other. but interface and line protocol is showing up.
Please find attached both end connecting interface configuration. Kindly see if we are missing anything.
Thanks

Hi Shibu,
Is that showing in the routing table as connected route?????
I do see there are output packets sent alone but not an input packets... so it says the packets not not getting transmitted....
Please let me know your exact switch models, sfp/gbic models & module slot model so that i can check and let you know the thing.
Also please try checking the hw-module set for tengig @ cisco end and make that forcefully ten gig speed and duplex full.
Please do rate if the given information helps.

Hi,
Now the link is up end to end and working fine.
There was some issue on the ethernet conversion at ISP end. they took time to rectify this.
Thanks to all for your input.
