NX-OS commands ???

I was configuring a Nexus 5020 and came across a few commands that I can't find what they do.

logging distribute

logging commit

ntp distribute

ntp commit

They seem like important command that I should have under logging and NTP. Any help one this would be much appreciated.

That helps somewhat but I think what's confusing me is when I see the term "CFS" or "CFS Infrastructure." Do you know what this means?

That is the Cisco Fabric Services.
