First, i would Physically check the Power lead input and check is the PSU has green Light, if possible I will reseat the PSU (it's hot-swappable) - is this resolve the issue?

If you see PSU LED Green and you still see a shutdown, this may be a bug of nexus os - check the below bug : ( make necessary actions to fix the issue)

Recently faced a Cisco Nexus switch power supply showing "Shutdown." Quick fix: unplugged the cable for 10 secs, plugged it back in—now showing "OK" with show env power. Simple solution, but it worked for us.
