Oneway voice can be many reasons, nothing related to switch (may be)

I am big fan of SIP and used many opensources - i suggest to check below link and understand one way voice :

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

@mohammedalrawiib

 One way audio is, most of time, related to NAT or firewall rule. Basically, the RTP traffic is flowing in one direction and not the other. I dont believe this is related to the vlan it seilf although I dont know this FortiSwitch  well enough.

 Do you have any support from FortiNet? What did they say?

dear,

I don't really see where its being related to not since everything is locally also as for the firewall we have given it all service but still the same also note when we configure the interface back to vlan 50 which is the native vlan we don't face this issue

regards

Well, bear with me, we are talking about Fortnet device and goldstream device here. This is supposed to be a Cisco forum. But, I am not saying those device does not work properly, just saying I have no experience with them. For now, you did not provide any configuration and we are basically guessing here.

 If the device works properly in a native vlan and not in other vlan, it could be issue with tagging. Native vlan does not tag traffic. This could be one direction to follow.

 And the firewall does not allow all kind of traffic just simple because you allow it using rules. There are more on the back ground that can cause the firewall to not allow the traffic.

Many thanks for your support Flavio

I have already posted on many platforms including Forti and Grand stream forums am trying to minimize the problem really that's why I posted here just to check if am missing something.

also will look into the stuff you provided again.
