OSPF Supported in IPBase-M ?

Hello,

I have a Catalyst 4500 (Supervisor Engine V) running software 12.2(31)SGA6 IPBase-M, I need to configure OSPF in this switch but anytime I try to use ospf commands like "router ospf id" the switch seems to not recognize them (I got no error messages tho) simply nothing happens, It doesn´t create the router nor gives me any error message. Also tried creating a VRF first, then joining the L3 interface to the VRF and then using the command "router ospf id vrf vrfName" with the same result.

Can anybody please let me know if maybe it is not supported in this IOS version?

The IP Base image will not support the following  routing-related features: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, IPX, AppleTalk,  Virtual Route Forwarding-lite (VRF]-lite), and Policy-Based Routing  (PBR).
