OSPF updates on Dialer Interface

I'm facing a issue with OSPF. The neighbor relationships shows that its still in the init state.

We have a tunnel interface and the source is the dialer interface through which the updates are passing.The tunnel mode used is ipsec ipv4.

I want to know wether there is any settings to be done on the dialer interface to pass OSPF updates.

Please let us know.If you have any configuration of OSPF over a dialer interface please share it with me.
