Hi,

I thought this could help: I followed the procedure outlined in Cisco doc. It didn't work for me. I have a 3750 48PS switch.

What worked is the following:

- hold the mode button pressed while you plug the power cord,

- wait, while the mode button is still pressed, for about 5 sec,

- release the mode button and quickly press it again until you see the following menu:

The system has been interrupted prior to initializing the

flash filesystem.  The following commands will initialize

the flash filesystem, and finish loading the operating

system software:

    flash_init

    boot
