Password reset not working on Catalyst 9410

I messed up configuring a switch and put Radius on without setting up a local account. I can't log in since it wants a username and password that doesn't exist. I've tried following the password recovery instructions and can get to ROMMON but after I put in the switch_ignore_startup_cfg=1 command and try boot from packages.conf it fails. It just loads my messed up config. Any ideas?

Hi there,

Last time I checked the rommon commands are case sensitive, try:

SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=1

That's what I was doing wrong. I didn't realize it was case sensitive. Thanks for the help.
