PBR on 3750E problem

Hi,

I am having a problem getting PBR working on a 3750E-24TD .

This is a stack consisiting of 2 switches running software version 12.2(55)SE. I configured "sdm prefer routing" and also tried "sdm prefer dual-ipv4-and-ipv6 routing". I tried applying the route-map on an SVI interface and also on a port. I tried with and without "ip route-cache policy" and disabling cef caching on the interface.

The only packet being "seen" by the match clause are traceroute packets.

The test route-map is rather simple:

route-map TEST permit 10

match ip address 180

set ip next-hop 10.64.253.254

!

access-list 180 permit ip 10.20.0.0 0.0.255.255 10.9.0.0 0.0.255.255

The 10.9.x.x network where the packets are going to is directly connected to the switch, the "next hop" IP is also directly connected.

When I do "debug ip policy", I can only see traceroute packets being evaluated by the route-map (routed and rejected as they should). "Normal" packets are not making it to the route-map.

On the switch we are also running BGP, OSPF and RIP, which are all working fine.

The same config works fine on a Catalyst 6506.

Does anybody have an idea why this is not working?

Cheers,

Christoph.

... I forgot to mention - we have a "ipservices" license on the switches.
