pc unable to ping between two different router

i am doing a networking assignment that require us to design a network to connect between two different branches , and each branch have two floors. In my assignment i am able to ping between floor to floor but fail to ping between branch to branch . However my router between branch to branch are able to ping.

Hello @YEOH 

You need to add routes on Routers! They have to do their job!

#show ip route on Router0 and Router1 show you that there is no routing protocols configured!

Then add static routes on each Routers, as example:

You should be able to ping PCs from every branch.

Not that is possible to configure dynamic routing protocols instead of static routes, such as RIP, OSPF or EIGRP.
