I have 29 quantities of sf300 as L2 switch and one SG 500(L3), all inter-vlans routing through SG500, but recently I saw some pings drop on inter VLAN(after 100 more computers added on network), there is no issue with same VLAN. In inter VLAN ping time is 2ms or sometimes 30ms and some ping drop issue. Even in logs it is showed ARP table overflow. I have attached some screenshots,take a look. Please tell me what to be, should I increase TCAM if yes, what should it be? Total numbers of ip devices(Computer, IP-phone,Server,laptop,mobile etc) is 1200

Try putting the max allowed(1996), and see what happens. But do it in a test environment or in a service window. The switch might need to reboot for the change to take effect.
And don't blame me if stuff stops working during the test:)

I have sg 500 l3 and sg 350 l2 switch and same ping drop issue getting here.. Can any one have solutions for this issue
