one DC is primary and other is secondary, If DC-1 is down in any case e.g power failure, services will be accessed from DC-2 so inter-vlan addressing is necessary to be defined on both switches..

Hi Zeeshan,

This is not a proper design, you need to redesign it and I would advise you to configure the HSRP.

Depends on your requirement and as suggested other post we need to to know is the LAB or Learning one.

Both side same IP subnet possible in DC environment and you need to design properly.
