Port channel issue

Hi,

We have a port channel with 2 of 1G links between our cores of the datacenter.

Due to the issue with one link, we want to force all traffice to another link, only use the 2nd physical link when the 1st physical link is full.

Is there a way of doing it?

We cannot do with src-dst-mac/ip/port etc, those options are not good for us.

Hello,

You cannot control the port that a particular flow uses. You can only influence the load balance with a frame distribution method that results in the greatest variety.

Note: The hash algorithm cannot be configured or changed to load balance the traffic among the ports in an EtherChannel.
