Is there a way to configure port-security so that when a switch is rebooted that the dynamic mac addresses associated with each port is removed and new macs are learned. I figured that if I configure mac-address sticky and the configuration file was never saved after the initial configuration that it would not keep the dynamically learned mac addresses in the config file. Is this correct?

Have you tried

switchport port-security aging type inactivity

I dont remember well but once the switch is reboot the dynamic MAC should be removed.

Actually I am in the process of setting up a switch to test this theory... Let you know my outcome.
