Power problem after remove from stack

Hi community,

My switch WS3850-24XS-S can't power on after remove from the stack. The switch only boot when I connect the stack cables (power and data) or when I connect the second power supply.

I want to power on my switch standalone without stack, when I plug the power cable the switch start but no light on front only on the back (the fan light)

Any idea how can I start the switch without dual power or stack?

What kind of power supply is currently installed in the WS3850-24XS? Is it a 350 watts?

What exact firmware is the stack running on?

I have 3 WS3850-24XS-S, both have a 715W power supply and one have a 350W power supply, I saw now when u mentioned about the power. Now both switch start in standalone mode with 715W power supply. When I insert the 350W power supply alone the start but not booting, no light appear. seems like a mismatch devices from the fabric.

350 w power supply is not "supported" on those big 3850-24XS. You can plug them in, you can power them up but the switch won't accept the power because the minimum power they are meant to use is 715 w.

Yes minimum voltage require is 715W, the switch is brand new I remove from the box how can come with 350W power supply. maybe is a mistake from the fabric and I run around thinking that is an stack issue.

Check the BoM or purchase order.  

Someone needs to "override" this selection in CCW.
