Problem with MSFC2 in Catalyst 6506 switch

Dear all,

I have Cisco Catalyst switch in which 2 MSFCs are there.

Both were working fine previously. I can ping both the MSFCs ( ACTVIE and STANDBY ). Suddenly the ping from standby MSFCs was stopped. The LED indication is sill normal but could not ping the MSFCs.

Network is working ok during the time and now.

What could be the probable reason ?

Can you guide me some steps for troubleshooting it?

Pls help as soon as possible

Dear mahmoodmkl.

It is showing nothing for perticular session ( session 15 ).

I can not ping from Core switch also and can not console this card.
