Problem with Vlan's and routing on SG300-10MP switch

I am having problems getting Vlan's and routing to work correctly on a Cisco SG300-10MP switch for an IP Phone and Data system.

System is operational but devices on subnet 1 cannot access subnet 2 and subnet 2 cannot access subnet 1.

I have tried several configurations without success, please help with correct settings.

Primary Switch: SG300-10MP
Host Name: SG300-10MP
Mode:  Layer 3
Vlan 1:       192.168.1.42 255.255.255.0
Vlan 2:       192.168.2.42 255.255.255.0
Ports 1 - 8:      IP Phone + Desktop PC
Port 9:            Link to Phone Switch (SG200-8 Smart Switch)
Port 10:          Link to Data Switch (Linksys WRVS 4400 Gigabit Router)

Phone Switch: SG200-8
Host Name: SG200-8
Mode:  Layer 2
IP Address:     192.168.2.41 255.255.255.0
Port 1:            Phone Controller & DHCP             192.168.2.1      DHCP Range 192.168.2.100 - 200

Requirements;
All Desktop PC and workstations to have access to any device on Vlan 1 and Internet Gateway
All PC's must be able to access Virtual Application Server (192.168.2.32)
All IP Phones to have access to all devices on Vlan 2
Phone Controller must have access to Internet Gateway (192.168.1.254)
Phone Application Virtual Host must have access to Internet Gateway (192.168.1.254)
Remote maintenance must have access via Internet Gateway to Phone Controller (192.168.2.1) and Phone Application Server (192.168.2.32)

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
