problem WS-C6509-E with sup720-3BXL - Software-forced reload

Hi,

I installed a new WS-C6509-E and shortly after was in Software-forced reload.

The message is:

%Software-forced reload

I replaced the SUP, the IOS, removed all modules interfaces and I have used two different power supplies. But the problem continues.

Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to solve?

Could you please share the crash info file for analysis.. It may be in bootflash, sup-bootflash.
