Hello mates,
We have Queuing printer model Q-MATIC TP3115 in one of our branches connected to Cisco 3560 Switch and its flapping so I did some changes on the switch port.
Below is the switch port configuration before change and after but still the printer is flapping , can anyone help with this matter if you work with the same issue before.
Switch port configuration before the change:

more over i check the printer online DOCs but there is nothing mentiond about what will be the SW port configuration.

also when i connect it to a normal HUB its working fine.
