We're currently trialling implementing Microsoft Office Communication Server and are struggling with implementing QOS on our 2950's. How best can we implement QOS on our 2950's to support OCS?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

What type of traffic do you want to prioritize? Voice? Video? You don't really need to prioritize data applications, they recover/window just fine on their own.

Voice and Video, as you say Data doesn't require prioritisation.

Are you saying you have no QoS now?

We have QOS for our Nortel IP Phones which works fine but the problem is Microsoft OCS server as there recomendation is to use the Windows QOS Scheduler. Our current QOS config is mark at the edge and trust in the core and wan. I'm not sure how to handle the requirments of the OCS?

MS QoS Scheduler is local to the Windows server only.
