Hello @Jason2005

Your equipement is unable to reach RADIUS server. So you can log in with local credentials. An other time, RADIUS reachability is ok! So network issue somewhere.

Verify network connectivity to resolve that issue.

Best regards

In addition to other post.

1.what device model, what IOS code running

2. what Radius server you have ?

3. how is the reachability between device and radius ?

4. is this only one device complaining about it ?

5. is there any network stability issue around ?

6. what other logs you see apart from that ?

7, what source interface you using to reach radius ?
