Hello @Jason2005
Your equipement is unable to reach RADIUS server. So you can log in with local credentials. An other time, RADIUS reachability is ok! So network issue somewhere.
Verify network connectivity to resolve that issue.

In addition to other post.
1.what device model, what IOS code running
2. what Radius server you have ?
3. how is the reachability between device and radius ?
4. is this only one device complaining about it ?
5. is there any network stability issue around ?
6. what other logs you see apart from that ?
7, what source interface you using to reach radius ?

If you see these messages it suggests that you have some access to this device (console or something else). Can you verify what access you have to the device?
Has this worked before now and the failure is after successful authentication for this device? Or is this a new device?
Can you confirm that the device at 192.168.100.3 has a correct configuration for this device?
Are there log messages on the device at 192.168.100.3 about attempts from this device?
Rick
