Rate Limit on Port Channel in Nexus 5 k

How can we apply rate limi policy on Nexus 5k interface or portchannel??

Some Limitation as per my experience you can only to inbound. May be newer version may be changed ( as of 7.X)

I honestly don't see rate limiting (at least the 'traditional'' rate-limit command related) as an option at all on the N5K. 

bandwidth percent 

is supported and can be applied to an outbound service policy...
