Dear Kindly let me know if cisco switch and HP switch can be connected through trunk port whether it is gigaethernet or 10 G sfp port trunk , specifically Cisco 3560X with J8693A or is there any issues in compatibility ?

Technically they should work as expected and most of the industry using them already - I have configured a connection between Cisco and HP, spec model I may not have a working HP side, but that should work, as long both side have same Optics used ( Like Single-mode or Multimode) - you can not mix it

Hi,
Yes the two switches do inter operate together. I’ve configured a L2 trunk between both vendors in the past. HP are decent switches and much cheaper than the other top vendors.

Yes they can be connected together, be it 1gb/10gb as long as the SFP's are compatiable to the switches you insert them in
