Recommendations For Infrastructure Reconfigure

Hello!  I am trying to make some decisions about upgrading/replacing some of our switch and router devices.  My goal is to combine/downsize where appropriate.  We have the following devices:

ASR 1001

Cisco 4503 with Supervisor Engine II Plus

Secure L3 Routing Device (approximately 50 users)

Secure L3 Routing Device (approximately 50 users)

Cisco Catalyst 3750G (9 servers)

Cisco Catalyst 3750G (10 local users)

I'm considering replacing the ASR 1001, the 4503, and the two Cisco Catalyst 3750G devices with either a 3750X three stack or a 3850X three stack.  (We've had some issues with 3850 stacks in the recent past).

We have also considered condensing all devices to the 4503.  (I know the 4503 chassis is EOL at this point, and I'm working on a replacement.)

I've attached a simple drawing to help.

Any recommendations?
