recover password sw 3560 button mode disabled

hi i have cisco sw 3560 i want to break the password but the button mode is disabled i press Ctrl c and Ctrl break to corrupt booting from flash and inter to (switch:) mode and didn't work is there any solutions ?

still an issue, connect console, post complete boot process.

the switch tells me when i start the sw 

(the password-recovery mechanism is enabled)

the when i press mode button is still boot from flash

If the Mode button not working, you can use other method to to recover password (mentioned in the document) by pressing the breaking keys depends on the terminal client using.

switch: flash_init
switch: load_helper
switch: rename flash:config.text flash:config.old
switch: boot

after the switch boots and you are at the enable prompt, type this:

switch# rename flash:config.old flash:config.text
Switch# copy flash:config.text system:running-config
