regarding pcs not communicating

I have two hubs

hub1 was connected to four pc

pc1-192.168.10.11

pc2-192.168.10.12

pc3-192.168.10.13

pc4-192.168.10.14

hb2 was connected to four pc

pc5-192.168.10.15

pc6-192.168.10.16

pc7-192.168.10.17

pc8-192.168.10.18

i want pC1 should ping pc5

pc1 should not ping to any other pc other than PC5

hubs ? they will all communicate anyway there dumb terminals , you cant set acls on hubs or are you using switches ?
