Scenario:
Access layer: catalyst switch
Distribution layer: nexus switch
Core layer: nexus switch
Can we use both catalyst and nexus switches together in three tier network topology architecture?
Plz explain the process in details

Hello,
compatibility is not a problem. Catalyst and Nexus switches will work together. Nexus are traditonally used mainly in data centers, while Catalyst are used in campus networks.
Have a look at the link below:

I always suggest 3 tiear with same Catalyst - until you have any reason to go Nexus
Nexus more of DC Server based switches, it intention was desinged to use in DC network (i did not mean you can not use, but more focused like that)
I go as below :
Core - Cat 9600 ( depends on budget) or Cat 9500
Distribution - Cat 9400 or you can use Cat 9600 also ( depends on budget)
Access : Cat 9300 or Cat 9200 - depends on requirement.
