We have two C9500-48Y4C switches connected with StackWise virtual "SVL", it has all users VLANs Interfaces.
We planning to relocation them to another rack, so if I need to minimize the downtime. can I shutdown one of these switches "CSwitch-2" then moving it to the new rack and power it up and reconnected with "CSwitch-1".
Then shutdown "switch-1" and moving and power it up.
Its that applicable and best way to relocate them or there is another way.

My steps as below ( we have done some like this without Service impact).
backup the config out of the box. copy to local PC (to be safe)
Make sure all the devices are dual homed ( single homed device expected downtime as per your switch move and come online)
1. check the secondary node in the SVL
2. Make note of all the patch details Physical connected in each device.
3. Remove the data Cables (secondary switch all the cables)
4. make sure all the Service working as expected
5. Turn off Secondary switch (remove SVL and DAD cables)
6. Move to next cabinet and rack it, Power on
7. connect SVL and DAD cable check all SVL working as expected.
8. connect all the Data cables back and check all the Service working as expected.
9. give some 30min cooling time for all settled services.
10. removing Primary switch ( you have 2 options) - you can force failover so seconday become primary (my advise)
or Turn off Primary switch - which ever works for you
11. follow same steps as secondary and birng back online - test and monitor

Hi,
Cannot see why this would not work.
As this is an SVL it would be good to think that everything connected to this "STACKwise" is dual homed.
Suggest in a maintenance window outside normal business hours.
Before starting ensure that you have confirmed connectivity and stability.
(Recorded port connections etc)
Power down Sw2 re-install in new rack.
Move associated cabling/patch leads to new rack
re-cable to Sw1 (even temporary ties) for the SVL links.
Power Up Sw2
Confirmed connectivity and stability.
Repeat for the movement of Sw1
