how to reset the 3750 to factory default,a.k.a like the AP Procedure(press butom and hold on)

Try this
config t
write erase
yes to confirm
then reload the switch
If you have VLAN's on the switch you will also have to delete the vlan.dat file
delete flash:vlan.dat
yes to confirm

Guys,I mean reset the switch not erase the configuration,the switch was in a stack member an now its with me while am not able to dive to privileging

It is a post of 4 years ago. however, occasionally I just got the answer and leave it here as reference:)
For 3750, in short:
hold the "mode" reset button up to 15 seconds or more till only one system green light.
Then release it, the green light will blink.
"Release the Mode button after approximately 15 seconds when the SYST LED turns solid green. When you release the Mode button, the SYST LED blinks green."
check the console, you will find:
