Right Choice of switches

Hi all,

looking for some advice please;

I am looking for 29** and 36** switches that meet these criterias;

25           Switch Layer 2, 48 porte POE, Uplink 1Gbps, Stackable

2             Switch Layer 3, 24 o 48 porte, Modulo 4x1Gbps o 8x10Gbps

Can you please assist me in finding the right PNs to offer them

I was thinking of these but would love a confirmation;

Layer 2 - WS-C2960+48PST-L Catalyst 2960 Plus 48 10/100 PoE + 2 1000BT +2 SFP LAN Base

Layer 3 -  WS-C3850-48T-L + C3850-NM-4-10G

2960 is already end-of-support. 

3850 will be end-of-support 31 October 2021.  

You're better off looking at 9200/9200L for the Layer 2 component and 9300/9300L for the Layer 3 component.

Dont really need to put in under support so I was hoping to keep the old generation switches.

If stability is the objective, then avoid the 3650/3850 because it runs on IOS-XE. 

For Layer 2, get 2960S (but not 2960X). 

For Layer 3, 3560X or 3750X will suffice.
