2960 stuck in reboot

I have a 2960-24ttl and it is stuck in rebooting image mode, I have set boot to image, I cannot cntrl-break into superuser mode and can only get into switch mode without being able to get to enable mode.

anyway to force it into ROMMON mode where I can fix it from there.

That worked, my problem was also a corrupted bin file so as soon as I tried that with some prayers it worked
