Please guys help me out.
Is there some way that i can increase(larger number lower priority) the root bridge priority on some track condition just like we do in HSRP. Like if track condition is met then increase(larger number lower priority) the root bridge priority and make it designated switch.
I have a port-channel and track set to it when ever that port channel goes down all the hsrps goes to another switch but layer 2 vlans don't cause they don't have SVI,s. I need to increase the priority of root switch on port channel down so that standby switch becomes root bridge

I think there is no way to do that,
Priorities are fixed depending on the priority set on the VLANs called out in the configuration
Also, why do you need to do this?
In implementing HSRP, well what I do is set the Active(Primary) switch with priority of 0 and the standby HSRP switch is set to 4096, so in case active goes down, standby will be active both in HSRP as well as hold the root role in STP

Is this what you are trying to do?
