Hi,
We are plan to implement this kind of setup
Switch 1 --- connected with core switch 1
||
Switch 2
||
Switch 3
||
Switch 4
||
Switch 5 --- Connected with Core switch 2
Nornallay, we used to put root-guard on core side & loop guard on Access Side
But for the above case, what config needs to be put in between trunk of Switch2-Switch3 like that

Can I ask why you are daisy chaining the switches like that?
Are the core switches VSS or using a First Hop Routing Protocol?

I think loopgaurd should be sufficient, as you will have rootgaurd configured on trunk interfaces of SW1 and SW5 going to Core1 and Core2 respectively.
