I'm using Windows 10 and Packet Tracer (PT) version 8.0 in 64 bit. The router 4331 in PT shown that it has 3 gigaethernet ports. The csreen capture is as follows.
However, there are only 2 gigoethernet ports can be used while cabling and the screen capture is as follows.
What can I do so that I can use the third gigaethernet port while cabling router 4331? I really need a expert

you may have found a bug in PT; nothing we can do besides telling PT about the issue. Use Report problem/issue link from PT Help menu.

It's been 2 years already and the bug still persists in PT 8.2.1.0118

You need to add an SFP module for the third connection. Click on the ISR4331, go to the physical tab, power down the device, select GLT-T or GLT-TE and drop it into the SFP ports on the left side next to the original 2 gigabit ethernet ports.
